A rich Californian housewife, Carol suddenly falls victim to inexplicable symptoms of anxiety and sets out on an ever more desperate journey to find someone who can tell her ‘what’ is happening to her.

There will be a pre-screening talk at 6pm by acclaimed scholar Professor Richard Canning, who has written and published extensively on Gay and Lesbian fiction and film.
